The international showcase trade show for automation took place between 21 and 25 April 2008 in Hanover. In addition to Factory Automation, Interkama and Industrial Building Automation, there were no less than seven further trade shows. Beckhoff had two booths at Hanover Fair 2008. In Hall 9, Booth F06, Beckhoff exhibited the major technology areas of “New Automation Technology”, IPC, I/O, Motion and Automation. In the “Application Park”, in Hall 17, Booth D26, which focused on PC Control, Beckhoff exhibited basic and future technology for PC-based control systems such as “Scientific Automation” in collaboration with Intel, Microsoft and other partners.
